Organization

The COLPOFER collaborative group consists of:

• The Board (consisting of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary General and two other members) which is responsible for management and strategic steering;

• The General Assembly is the decision-making body of COLPOFER. It is made up of representatives of all Members and it takes all decisions related to the organization and functioning of the association;

• Working Groups which deal with issues and topics raised by the General Assembly.
